No sport may be as popular or physically demanding as football from youth all the way to the professional level. Athletes will undergo a rigorous summer and fall schedule with practice every day, sometimes multiple being held on the same day and weekly games. And given the intense, physical nature of the game, a year round strength and conditioning program has now become a vital component towards the success of your athlete.

The Football Performance program is designed to be comprehensive as we address of all aspects of performance from skill acquisition to general physical preparation. Athletes will engage in an age and sport appropriate strength and conditioning program that will emphasize the following commonly injured areas:

  • Head, Neck, and Upper Back

  • Shoulder

  • Hip and Knee

  • Ankle

  • Midsection

  • Hands, fingers, and forearms
