Lacrosse is one of the largest growing sports in the country, with its “Mecca” being located right here in Baltimore. From youth to high level club programs, participation has grown to become a highly competitive, year-round endeavor. From indoor season to summer club tournaments, athletes will likely practice every day and may have several games through the week, including multiple contests on the same day. Such a demanding and at times grueling schedule can take its toll on the body and if the athlete isn’t prepared via a well-executed strength and conditioning program, optimal performance cannot be achieved and their risk for injury increases exponentially.

The Lacrosse Performance program is designed to be comprehensive as we address all aspects of performance through an age and sport appropriate strength and conditioning program that will place an emphasis on the following commonly injured areas:

  • Head, Neck, and Upper Back

  • Shoulder

  • Midsection

  • Hip and Knee

  • Ankle

  • Hands, fingers, and forearms
